From the secret vaults part 4. 10 Dec 2007 BACK TO BLOG

From the vaults is a series of snowboard images I've been keeping secret for publication, which of course never happened. I'll be blogging these pictures for you sweet lovely people out there.
This picture of Anssi Sekunda Soininen is a record of the craziest shit I've ever seen done on a snowboard. Anssi was playing his banjo, singing AC/DC and backflipping. He landed it, and when he was in the air I could hear him playing the banjo (maybe not the right notes, but c'mon). Un-friggin-believable. Look at him, just look at him. Oh shit.
About the picture.. taken few years back when I had no experience or idea how to even shoot pictures (not that I have now), so this is pretty boring and I think I managed to missfocus it a little. But c'mon it's a dude playing a banjo while backflipping on a snowboard. I bet you haven't seen that in a while.

Oooooh sweet sweet Anssiness, this still makes me smile. But hells no was it AC/DC, but Guns'n'Roses and Paradise City. The moment stays in my mind forever and ever.

Oh it was GNR, I was thinking about it but ac/dc sounded even more hardcore. Still amazing. Huh. Paradise city, I'll have to put it on later today.
