Boing. 21 Sep 2008 Posted by Petri Uutela.

Oh it feels so good to develop my own colour films and to edit pictures in Lightroom 2 instead of photoshop. Life is good.

Sheeep. 16 Sep 2008 Posted by Jussi Leinonen.

If anyone of you have a tip how to get photographs out of your mind and focus on writing school material, let me know. The topic is photo related so I think I'll manage sooner or later, but starting is a bitch.

Kiasma. 12 Sep 2008 Posted by Petri Uutela.

A man walking next to Kiasma, the museum of contemporary arts in Helsinki, Finland. Shot taken with the cheapest possible outdated superia 400 colour negative film and printed traditionally in darkroom.

Nothing to do with the picture presented here, but just wanted to say that for now on it's really time to keep checking out WORK blog maybe daily... During the summer it's propably the most active part in Strap pages.

Book issues. 02 Jun 2008 Posted by Jussi Leinonen.

I asked this same question in my own blog but I'll ask it from everyone checking the Strap blog..
Let's think that Strap photos would produce a approx. 20 piece limited edition book by one photographer, around 100 pages (even more pictures), hardcover, relatively big pages and good printing. After the 20 is sold out, there will never be more of the same book. How much would you pay for a book like this¿ You can answer in euros, or dollars, whatever. Write your thoughts in the comments.
And just to make it clear, do you consider a limited edition book of more value¿ Is it special to own an item that is limited to 20 pieces¿ We're thinking about limiting the quantity because we don't have the money to make 100 or more books at once, it's not cheap. We could possibly make the books on demand and order more as people want to buy them, but that would increase the postage count for every book.

WORK! 29 May 2008 Posted by Jussi Leinonen.
Just a quick post to tell you guys that the WORK blog just started! And check out what I found in Kannus:

Some dude had the Apple iPhone (and I had a very dirty sleeve on my shirt). I immediately had to try it out and check out if our site worked on it. Looks amazing.
